These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of adbloom.us (the “Site”), operated by Sora Ads LLC under the brand name AdBloom (“AdBloom,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About our services

AdBloom provides digital marketing services to businesses, including advertising strategy, campaign management, creative production and reporting. The Site provides general information about those services. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

2. No guarantee of results

Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, auction dynamics, market conditions, and the client’s products, offers and pricing. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, such as a particular number of leads, sales, cost per result or return on ad spend.

3. Advertising platform policies

Campaigns we manage must comply with the advertising policies of the platforms used (for example, Meta, TikTok and native advertising networks) and with applicable laws. We may decline or stop work on any campaign, product or content that we believe violates those policies or laws. Platforms may reject ads or restrict accounts at their own discretion, and we are not responsible for such decisions.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, for having the rights to all materials they supply (such as logos, images and product claims), and for their own products, services, landing pages and customer obligations.

5. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics and logos, are owned by Sora Ads LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners; AdBloom is an independent company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
